1. Your Commitments
A. Eligibility In line with our general Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the greater age required in your country) to use the DS AI, and not be prohibited under any applicable laws from using our services.
B. Acceptable Uses Our Team agree not to misuse the DS AI or permit others to do so, in a way that:

- Harms others, either physically or emotionally, such as through bullying or harassment.
- Involves sharing sexually explicit or adult content.
- Misleads or deceives, including activities like fraud, phishing, and spreading misinformation.

2. Content and Interactions
A. Rights to Content Our team retain rights to the text, images, or other data (“Prompts”) you provide to the DS AI, and we generate responses (“Outputs”) based on these Prompts or process requirements. Your Process must not infringe anyone’s rights and should comply with our policies.
B. Personal Information Our Privacy Policy applies to the handling of personal data in relation to the DS AI. By using the DS AI, you consent to us processing such information, including sharing it with third parties where necessary to provide you with better services or processes.
C. Content Accuracy We do not guarantee the accuracy of any Process and advise against using them for critical decisions without independent verification.
D. Content Warning The DS AI may produce processes based on your business process needs that could be objectionable. You assume the risk and responsibility for the processes you provide and their resulting Outputs.
3. Our Rights
A. Usage of Content We may use the Content as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including for service improvements and compliance monitoring.
B. Account Management Violations of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the DS AI or other actions as necessary.
4. Intellectual Property We maintain all rights to the DS AI, except for the limited access granted to you under these Terms.
5. Third-Party Materials The DS AI may interact with third-party content or services, which are not under our control, and you use them at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
A. No Warranties The DS AI is provided “as is” without any warranties, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
B. Limited Liability Our liability to you is limited as allowed by law, excluding any indirect damages or lost profits.
7. Dispute Resolution Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved according to the dispute resolution clause in our general Terms of Service.
8. Severability and Waiver Unenforceable portions of these Terms will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the DS AI after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Effective Date These Terms are effective as of the date you start using the DS AI.
